Mohamad’s journey goes back to 2004 where he became a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. Ever since, his experience has extended across international and domestic firms. He has worked in several countries across the region including UAE and Lebanon

His 18 -year experience entitled him with the opportunity to work in all fields of law with key clients and organizations. Today, his expertise spans across commercial, civil, personal, criminal, sharia, administrative, banking, civil, corporate, rent, disputes, real estate, arbitration, drafting and reviewing contracts, registration of names and trademarks, personal status and inheritance, insurance and compensation, companies, and Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates legislation.

Mohamad’s extensive knowledge and ongoing pursuit of knowledge allows him to keep on growing day by day. He is considered a master in reviewing administrative work and implementation, submitting electronic requests, and registering cases in the electronic system of Dubai courts. He is experienced in laws of federal courts as well and directly works on them and on the electronic system of the Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah courts.
